We aim to arrange delivery of all orders within 14 days of receiving your order. If you require your order sooner we maybe able to provide a quicker delivery but please email or telephone before placing your order.

We currently do not deliver outside the UK.

Goods can be collected from our head office in Loughborough but this must be stated at the time of order.

If your item is not in stock with our supplier we will notify you immediately and give you approximate delivery time and give you the option to cancel, wait for your item to come in without taking payment or choose another item.

Certain items can be viewed in store at our head office if you are making a special journey please contact us before travelling as our stock situation changes daily.

Delivery times stated are approximate and cannot be guaranteed we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Our carriers will attempt to deliver to your address provided correctly on your order form. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the depot of the carrier where requested we will refund the cost of the goods less the delivery charge plus any additional charges incurred by us by the carrier for returning the goods to us.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver items to areas that deem high risk to us or our carrier.
